Volunteering: Past Board Chairman of YMCA, Past Board Chairman of Salvation Army, Past Board Chairman of Belleair Country Club, various other non profit organizations.
Personal: Married, 3 children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Dr. Dilshad Sumar-Lakhani is a Pediatric Dentist by training and Profession. She was in private practice in Pennsylvania for 40 years, and currently, she teaches at Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University as an Adjunct Professor in Pediatric Dentistry. She volunteers as a Dentist at the Clearwater Dental clinic and is the Vice President of the Board of Directors of this institution.Dr. Sumar was born in Tanzania and returned to her origins to practice and teach dentistry globally. She has been a consultant and lecturer at Angkor Hospital for Children in Cambodia, Agakhan hospitals in Kenya and Pakistan, Muhimbili Hospital in Tanzania, Mulago Hospital in Uganda, and Kakaba Hospital in India. She has helped establish dental clinics in Nepal and continues with philanthropic work through the Sumar-Lakhani foundation internationally.

Lindsey is the managing partner of Crown & Company, CPAs. Lindsey is the third generation of the Crown family to carry on the tradition of providing premier tax planning to the Tampa Bay community. Lindsey holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting degrees from the University of Florida. Lindsey began her career in the tax department of Deloitte & Touche. She joined Crown & Company in 2005. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Active in the community, Lindsey currently serves on the Boards of the Morton Plant Mease Foundation, Community Dental Clinic, St Mary’s Episcopal Church, and the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council. When not working, Lindsey enjoys time with her husband and two children.
Dr. Anthony ranks as one of Tampa Bay's top endodontists. He brings 30 years of excellence in endodontics, microsurgery and business to our Board - along with a keen insight into community dentistry and nonprofits. He has always graciously supported our clinic, and has provided expert help and referrals for our patients.
Jim Harper means business! His extensive experience in building and managing highly successful enterprises, and his expertise in risk management, make him a valuable asset to our Board. A proud alumus of Clearwater and UF, Jim has deep roots in our area and a great heart for our community.

Monica Peremba has over 20 years of experience in building and leading Customer Service departments. Some of the companies she has worked for include OtterBox where she built the organization from the ground up from a 30 seat to a 350 seat organization within 2 years. She was also the Executive Director for BIC Graphic where she managed multiple sites and lines of business in FL and MN. Currently Monica is working at Boyd Industries, the leading manufacturer of affordable, high-quality specialty dental products, made in the USA. Monica is the Inside Sales and Support Manager, creating a new team of Inside Sales Associates to help drive the company’s strategic goals. During her free time, she enjoys cycling, the beach and spending time with friends. Monica volunteers at the Clearwater Free Clinic and is now serving as a Board Member on the Community Dental Clinic to help provide people access to quality dental care.
Jim has been a financial advisor for more than 36 years and serving his clients at Raymond James since 2001. He started his career in 1984 and accumulated 17 years of experience before transitioning his investment practice to Raymond James as Vice President, Investments. Jim earned his Associates of Arts in 1982 from St. Petersburg College and his Bachelors of Business Administration from Stetson University in 1984.
Volunteering is very important to Jim as a way of giving back to the community. Currently, he is a driver for Meals on Wheels delivering meals to the homebound in Largo, and mentors in the Take Stock in Children program at Clearwater High School. He is also a member of the Innocence Project which helps exonerate wrongly convicted people, and Reporters Without Borders, an organization that promotes and defends freedom of information and speech worldwide.
Registered nurse healthcare marketing, sales and management community spirituality and healing committee and women in philanthropy, Morton Plant Mease Moundation with husband Stewart, founders of Turley Family Health Center, Community Dental Clinic.
Turley currently lives in Belleair, Florida husband, Stewart 4 daughters, 8 grandchildren.
